In die tradisionele Chinese kultuur word geglo qi (tradisionele Chinees: 氣, vereenvoudigde Chinees: 气, uitspraak: tsjie, ) is ’n lewenskrag wat deel is van elke lewende entiteit.[1][2][3] Dit kan letterlik as "lug" vertaal word en figuurlik as "materiële energie", "lewenskrag" of "energievloei".[4] Qi is die sentrale onderliggende beginsel in Chinese tradisionele medisyne en gevegskuns. Die praktyk om qi te kweek of balanseer word qigong genoem.

Mense wat in qi glo, beskryf dit as ’n lewensenergie waarvan die vloei gebalanseer moet word vir goeie gesondheid. Dit is ’n skynwetenskaplike, onbewese begrip[4] wat nog nooit regstreeks waargeneem is nie en nie verband hou met die begrip energie in wetenskap nie.[5][6][7]
