Den sidste medaljetype (TrueSpirit) bruges til Pierre de Coubertin-medaljen. Den har kun en ekstra parameter, nemlig årstallet for, hvornår den blev givet.

For medaljetypen "disqualified" er det muligt at lave en reference umiddelbart efter skabelonen, hvori man kan forklare årsagen til diskvalifikationen. Dette kan fx være nyttigt i tilfælde, hvor en sportsudøver som del af et hold bliver diskvalificeret, uden det er hans/hendes egen skyld, men skyldes en fejl fra en holdkammerat, fx en der er afsløret for at have taget doping.
Hvis en sportsudøver har vundet medaljer for flere lande eller i flere sportsgrene er det nødvendigt at bruge medaljetyperne Country eller Sport ud over dem, der er angiver i "sport" and "country_code" i MedalTableTop-skabelonen.

Formatting for the medal table embedded within an infobox generally follows the established formatting of the other examples provided, but duplicate wiki links for the sport name ("MedalSport") and represented country ("MedalCountry") may be eliminated within the embedded medal table.
