The COVID-19 pandemic in Seychelles was a part of the worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The COVID-19 pandemic was confirmed to have reached Seychelles in March 2020.[4]

The country remained on 11 total cases from 18 May to 27 June 2020, with no active cases recorded in that period, but cases have been increasing rapidly since then. The country recorded its first COVID-19-related death on 3 January 2021.[5]

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, life expectancy at birth decreased from 77.3 years in 2020 to 73.5 years in 2022 as a consequence of the pandemic.[6]

As of 19 March 2023, a total of 224,020 vaccine doses have been administered.[7]
