David Samuel Margoliouth, FBA (/mɑːrˈɡliəθ/;[1] 17 October 1858, in London – 22 March 1940, in London) was an English orientalist. He was briefly active as a priest in the Church of England. He was Laudian Professor of Arabic at the University of Oxford from 1889 to 1937.[2][3]
