Edward Henry Winter (April 5, 1879 – June 29, 1941) was an American politician and newspaper publisher from the state of Missouri. He served as the state’s 32nd Lieutenant Governor as well as in the Missouri General Assembly. Winter was a member of the Republican Party.[1]
