George Sennott (January 1, 1830 – July 1879) was an American lawyer and abolitionist.[1][2] He was the legal defense for two of the John Brown's raiders in 1859. In his lifetime, Sennott was considered one of the best known lawyers in Boston, according to The Boston Post newspaper.[2]
