Hungarian State Railways (Hungarian: Magyar Államvasutak, MÁV) is the Hungarian national railway company and railway infrastructure manager, with subsidiaries "MÁV START Zrt." (passenger services), and "Utasellátó" (onboard catering).[1] The head office is in Budapest.[2]
