The tenge (/ˈtɛŋɡ/[2] or /tɛŋˈɡ/;[3] Kazakh: теңге, teñge [tʲeŋˈɡʲe]; Russian: тенге; sign:  ; code: KZT) is the currency of Kazakhstan. It is divided into 100 tiyn (Kazakh: тиын, tiyn [təˈjən]).
