Mustafa bek Shokay[A] (25 December 1890 – 27 December 1941) was a Kazakh social and political activist and ideologue of the Turkestan Autonomy. From 1921, he lived in exile in France.
М. Шоқай осы мақала туралы шолуын: "Жақында Парижде Шоқайұлы Мұстафа бек оқыған "Кеңестік басқарудағы Түркістанның жағдайы" деп аталған лекцияда "Атамекенімізде кеңес өкіметі тек орыс сүңгісінің күшімен ғана өмір сүріп отыр" делінген еді.
