New Delhi Television Ltd is an Indian news media company focusing on broadcast and digital news publication. It was founded in 1984, by economist Prannoy Roy and journalist Radhika Roy.

In 2022, Adani Group noted for its affinity with the ruling BJP government, acquired 64.71% stake in the company. The Economist stated that before the acquisition by the Adani group, the news channel was "critical of the government but is now supine."[2] The takeover by Adani led to resignations by many prominent members of the channel, including the journalist Ravish Kumar.
