Paula Ximena Quintana Meléndez (26 June 1956 – 6 January 2023) was a Chilean sociologist, academic, and politician. From 2012 to 2016 she served as a councilor for Valparaíso commune. From 2008 to 2010 she was Minister of Planning in the first government of President Michelle Bachelet.
