Robert Sacha Kravchuk (born July 4, 1955)[1] is an American scholar known in the fields of public administration and public finances, as well as because of his expertise on Ukraine. He is the former director of the Master of Public Affairs program at the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Kravchuk is a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.[2] As an author, he is held in libraries worldwide.[3]
