Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe (Nepali: शिव माया तुम्बाहाङफे) is a Nepali politician and the member of parliament. She has served as the Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and as the deputy speaker of the House of Representatives.[2] She has been active in politics for more than four decades as a communist leader in eastern Nepal. She holds a PhD in political science from Tribhuvan University. Before being elected the deputy speaker of the house, she was a central committee member of the CPN (UML).
