Simpson Victor Mutambanengwe (also: Mtambanengwe, 1930 – 11 May 2017[1]) was a Zimbabwean judge. He served on the High Courts of Zimbabwe and Namibia and was the chairperson of the Zimbabwean Electoral Commission.
