Sounds like essentially a DVD with different file formats burned onto it. I don't know that there's anything "enhanced" about it - except maybe being more open source...

What is the purpose of the link to Theora? The relationship between Theora and the EVD standard is not clear to me, and if there is a link to Theora in the article, it should be justified by the text of the article. Is PV5/6 based on Theora (which was based on PV3)? Is Theora going to replace PV5/6? Are they really the same thing? --68.41.122.213 19:24, 6 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
