This template is used to inform editors about a discussion at administrative action review (XRV). The editor that performed the action that is the subject of the discussion must be notified.
This template does not necessarily imply wrongdoing on the part of an editor. Editors merely involved in an issue can also be notified; in this case the reason parameter should be changed (see below).
It creates its own section.
