Cube is a quintessence for better understanding about the concept of a polyhedron

Welcome to WikiProject Polyhedra. the sister project of Wikipedia:WikiProject Mathematics. Here, it is a project to standardize Wikipedia's coverage on polyhedrons, including becoming a higher-status class as in good articles, featured articles, and featured lists. As for the background, polyhedrons can be found in many real life, such as in popular culture, applications in science, and many more. Anyone from either this project or the outside of this project is welcome to improve them.

For the summaries, a polyhedron is a three-dimensional object where points are connected by lines to form polygons. We called the vertices for the points, edges for the lines, and faces for the polygons of a polyhedron. Many types of polyhedrons are difficult to summarize here. Therefore, we also provide the following table, which the audience may allow to read and users to improve the articles on polyhedral classes. Some articles about polygons and graph are included in this project because they have a relation with polyhedrons.
