Working on Dying is an American producer collective based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was created in 2012 by American record producer Richard Ortiz, known professionally as F1lthy, and his younger brother, Jordan Ortiz, who is known professionally as Oogie Mane.^[1]^[2]
