La fondation Nobel (en suédois : Nobelstiftelsen) est une institution privée suédoise fondée le dans le but de superviser et régir les aspects financiers et administratifs du prix Nobel[1]. Elle a été établie selon les vœux du testament d'Alfred Nobel[2].

Par ailleurs, elle encadre, réglemente et surveille l'activité du comité Nobel des cinq branches spécifiques au prix du même nom.
