Sokrat Skolastik ili Sokrat iz Konstantinopola (grč. Σωϰράτης Σχολαστιϰός,^[1] Sōkrátēs Skholastikós; Konstantinopol, oko 370. – ?, oko 440.), bizantski pravnik i crkveni povjesničar.
