Anneliese Jane Dodds (born 16 March 1978) is a British Labour and Co-operative politician and public policy analyst. She has been Secretary of State for Women and Equalities, and Minister of State for Development and Africa since 2024. ^[1]

She was president of Oxford University Student Union in 1999.^[2]
