Luiz Fux (Portuguese pronunciation: [luˈis ˈfuks]) (born 26 April 1953) is a Brazilian judge. He is the current Chief Justice of the Supreme Federal Court since 2020. He was appointed as a justice of the Court by President Dilma Rousseff in 2011 and had his nomination approved by the Senate. He is the first Jewish Brazilian member of the Court.[1]

He was a minister of the Superior Court of Justice.
