Radyofobi, iyonlaştırıcı radyasyon korkusudur. Radyofobi, istatistikleri görmezden gelerek ve/veya yeterince bilgiye sahip olmayarak radyasyona bağlı kanser ve akut radyasyon sendromu gibi sağlık problemlerine karşı gereksiz veya mantıksız korkudur.^[1]^[2]^[3]
