Osroene (ook gespel Osroëne; Grieks: Ὀσροηνή; Siries: Malkūṯā d-Bayt ʿŌrhai), soms ook bekend onder die naam van sy hoofstad, Edessa (vandag Şanlıurfa in Turkye), was ’n koninkryk in Bo-Mesopotamië[1] wat tussen 132 v.C. en 244 n.C. semi-onafhanklik of heeltemal onafhanklik was.[2][3]
