Bublik (also booblik or bublyk; Russian: бублик, romanized: búblik, plural: bubliki; Ukrainian: бублик, romanizedbúblyk) is a traditional Eastern European bread roll. It is a ring of yeast-leavened wheat dough, that has been boiled in water for a short time before baking.[1][2]
